In the case of incorrect, unaccepted orders, the goods will be taken into stock in the name of the \"new\" owner and the new owner will be paid the price after the new, successful sale!<br \/><strong><br \/>Change or cancel an order<\/strong><br \/>Pursuant to Act CVIII of 2001, when an order is placed, the seller's online shop software immediately notifies the customer that the order has been accepted. This notification does not constitute a contract between the seller and the buyer! It merely indicates to the buyer that his order request has been registered by our system and forwarded to the relevant member of the seller's staff.<\/p><p>If the buyer does not receive this within 48 hours, the buyer's obligations to bid will be terminated.<br \/>The seller will give the buyer the opportunity to cancel the order electronically until the order is fulfilled. To start the conciliation body's procedure, the consumer must try to settle the dispute directly with the business concerned.<\/p><p>Unless the consumer requests a personal hearing, the conciliation panel shall hold the hearing online, without the presence of the consumer, by means of an electronic device providing simultaneous audio and video transmission (hereinafter \"online hearing\").<\/p><p>The company has a duty to cooperate in the conciliation procedure, and in this context we are obliged to send our reply to the conciliation body within the deadline set by the conciliation body. The rules of the procedure are governed by the rules written under the Conciliation Board.<\/p><h2 id=\"odr\">Online dispute resolution platform<\/h2><p>The European Commission has set up a website where consumers can register to resolve their online shopping disputes by filling in an application form and avoiding court proceedings. This will allow consumers to enforce their rights without, for example, being prevented by distance.<\/p><p>If you want to make a complaint about a good or service you bought online and you don't necessarily want to go to court, you can use the online dispute resolution tool.<br \/>On the portal, you and the trader you have complained against can jointly choose the dispute resolution body you want to deal with your complaint.<\/p><p>The online dispute resolution platform is available here:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/webgate.ec.europa.eu\/odr\/main\/?event=main.home.show&amp;lng=HU\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/webgate.ec.europa.eu\/odr\/main\/?event=main.home.show&amp;lng=HU<\/a>\u00a0<\/p><h2 id=\"fogyaszto_barat_review_system\">Consumer Friend Reviews<\/h2><p>We inform Buyers that the Seller uses the Consumer Friend rating system on its Website. The rating system does not allow for the rating of individual Goods, but of the Seller (the webshop), and the following technical measures are in place to ensure that only actual customers can submit a rating:<\/p><ol><li>the system works independently of the webshop using it, in such a way that the WIDGET evaluator is opened after the purchase, and the evaluations submitted are stored by the Consumer Friend (JUTASA Ltd.) in its own system.<\/li><li>The only way for the actual customer to give his\/her opinion is by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address provided to the Consumer Friend after the purchase.<\/li><\/ol><p>The webshop using the rating system does not have the technical possibility to delete either ratings or reviews.<\/p><p>As a result, the system only includes ratings and reviews from real customers, and does not distinguish between positive and negative reviews, but displays them equally.<\/p><h2 id=\"aszf78\">Partial invalidity, code of conduct<\/h2><p>If a clause of the GTC is legally invalid or ineffective, the remaining clauses of the contract remain in force and the provisions of the applicable legislation apply in place of the invalid or defective part.<\/p><p>The Seller does not have a code of conduct under the Unfair Commercial Practices Act.<\/p><h2>Information on the functioning of goods containing digital batteries and the technical protection measure to be applied<\/h2><p>The availability of servers providing data on the website is above 99.9% per year.
